Before submitting your return, please note:
- Items must be returned unworn and in perfect condition within 14 days of the dispatch date.
- Solid Gold and Afterpay purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
- Bespoke designs, sale items, gift cards, and earrings are final sale.
- In-store purchases must be returned to the original store of purchase.
- Sale items and gifts with purchase are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Earrings or pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and the item remains their responsibility until receipt is confirmed by VUOI.
Store credits are issued once the return has been received and assessed and are valid online and in-store for 36 months.
