All items within the VUOI collection include a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty, in addition to the guarantees mandated by Australian Consumer Law. Our warranty terms complement your statutory rights and do not override, restrict, or substitute them.

Please be aware that Australian Consumer Law grants various rights and remedies, including the right to a refund.

VUOI Voluntary Warranty:

We will address manufacturing faults in our jewellery at no charge within six (6) months of the purchase date. We retain the right to decline repairs or impose charges for goods returned after this specified warranty period.

Manufacturing faults DO NOT include:

Broken chains

Chipped, cracked, broken, or missing pearls, gemstones, or diamonds

General wear and tear, such as items bent out of shape, twisted or snapped, oxidised, or with fading plating

 

Returns and Exchanges Period:

VUOI provides a credit note equivalent to the purchased item(s) value from VUOI’s online or retail stores. This credit is valid for 12 months from its issuance date and can be utilised to acquire an alternative piece or size. Certain exclusions may apply.

 

Returns and Exchanges Policy:

We can facilitate item exchanges for sizing issues, subject to stock availability. However, items on sale or discontinued designs are not eligible for exchange.

Clients are responsible for securely returning pieces to VUOI at their own expense until our customer service team confirms receipt. The initial exchange is free, but postage costs are the client’s responsibility. Kindly send your item in its original packaging to the address below:

Exclusions to the VUOI Returns and Exchanges Policy:

VUOI does not issue refunds for changes of mind or incorrect purchases. Additionally, returns are not accepted if products:

Are not in their original condition, including tags and packaging

Exceed the specified return time frame

Are of a bespoke nature

VUOI reserves the right to return the piece(s) to the sender in the event of any of the above occurrences.

Returns or exchanges of earrings/pierced jewellery are not accepted under any circumstances. Please carefully review your choice and seek more information about the desired item before finalising your purchase.

We are unable to assist with return inquiries for VUOI products purchased from external stockists.

VUOI Credits:

VUOI credits will be issued upon receiving a return and completing a satisfactory assessment of its condition. These credits are valid for use in our online and retail stores within 12 months of issuance.

Products purchased during an archive sale may not be returned unless deemed faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
