Warranty, Returns & Your ACL Rights

Every VUOI piece includes a 12-month voluntary manufacturer’s warranty for manufacturing faults. This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and does not exclude those rights. Depending on the issue, ACL may entitle you to a repair, replacement, or refund. For change-of-mind returns, exchange eligibility, exclusions, and timeframes, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy. Please be aware that Australian Consumer Law grants various rights and remedies, including the right to a refund. What Is Not Covered

Manufacturing faults DO NOT include:

  • Normal wear and tear (including scratches, surface marks, tarnishing, and natural ageing);
  • Damage caused by accidental impact, misuse, or improper care;
  • Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, chlorine, salt water, or harsh environments;
  • Items that have been altered, repaired, resized, or serviced by a third party;
  • Lost or stolen items;

How to Lodge a Warranty Claim
