THE BESPOKE PROCESS

Step 1 : Starting the journey with you

Tell us your vision, story, or inspiration, and we’ll help you bring it to life. Our team can suggest design ideas and possibilities to make your piece truly yours.

You’re also welcome to use an existing VUOI design as your starting point a foundation we can evolve into something uniquely your own.

Step 2 : Selection of gemstones based on initial design

During your appointment, we’ll present a curated selection of options tailored to your vision. With our expertise, we’ll help you choose the perfect diamond, gemstone, pearl, or metal to bring your dream piece to life, beautifully aligned with your idea and budget.

You’re also welcome to bring your own gemstones to weave into your bespoke design. And if you’re not sure where to begin, we’ll guide you with a few thoughtful questions to uncover what truly speaks to you. You imagine it and we’ll take care of every detail to craft your jewellery with intention and artistry.

Step 3 : Refining your design sketches

From your initial sketches and ideas, we create refined drawings or 3D renders to bring your design to life - showing your piece from every angle with realistic detail. We’ll only begin crafting once a design agreement has been confirmed, ensuring every element feels just right.

If you’re unable to visit our showroom, our designers can connect with you via email, WhatsApp, or video call, the same way we collaborate with our clients around the world. To begin the crafting process, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is typically required.

Step 4 : Creating the piece

Once your design is finalised, our master craftsmen begin the creation of your piece. Each bespoke jewel undergoes a meticulous quality control process, overseen by artisans with over 30 years of experience.

From design confirmation, the crafting process typically takes around four weeks. Every piece is designed and crafted in-house, with every detail completed under a microscope to ensure flawless precision.

You’re always welcome to reach out for updates we’re happy to share your piece’s progress and provide an estimated completion timeline.

Step 5 : Your dream jewellery come to life

Once your bespoke piece is complete, we’ll get in touch to share professional photos and videos of your finished creation. Your commission is considered final once the piece has been crafted to your specifications and the balance payment has been received. You may collect your jewellery from our showroom, or we can arrange worldwide delivery with care.
