Some jewellery is too meaningful to throw away, but no longer feels like you. Through our VUOI Gold Renewal program, you can trade in your unworn solid gold jewellery and turn its value into credit toward a new VUOI piece, whether it is a bespoke creation or something from our existing collections.
We accept solid gold jewellery in different karats, including 9K, 10K, 14K, 18K and above. The jewellery must be genuine solid gold.
How it works
Bring or send us your gold
The first step is for our team to receive and weigh your gold. Based on the weight and visible details, we will provide an estimated credit value.
Purity testing and final valuation
Your gold will then be sent to our workshop, where it will be cut open and professionally tested for metal purity. Once the purity is confirmed, the gold will be melted down and we will provide an accurate credit amount.
Create or choose something new
You’ll receive a VUOI e-voucher for your confirmed credit amount, which can be used towards a bespoke VUOI creation or applied to a piece from our existing collections. For bespoke orders, once your new piece is completed and ready for collection or delivery, you’ll simply pay the remaining balance.
What can be traded in?
Solid gold jewellery only
We accept solid gold jewellery in any wearable or unworn form, including rings, chains, bracelets, earrings, pendants and broken pieces.
To be eligible, the piece must be solid gold. We do not accept jewellery or pieces where the gold content cannot be verified.
