・How long will it take to receive my purchase?
Every piece is lovingly handcrafted just for you because we believe you deserve nothing less than perfection. If the item is in stock, it will be dispatched immediately. For made-to-order pieces, please allow 14–21 business days for us to create your one-of-a-kind treasure.

・Can I change my order details after it has been placed?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we can update details such as your shipping address. Once the order has been dispatched or completed, changes are no longer possible. For assistance, contact our Customer Care team at hello@vuoi.com.au or call 1300 170 581.

・What methods of payment do you accept online?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and UnionPay.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email and a notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. For further updates, feel free to contact our Customer Care team during Australian business hours.

Our complimentary Click & Collect service allows you to shop online and pick up your order from our Double Bay boutique during trading hours.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this email before visiting the boutique, and ensure you bring your ID and proof of purchase.

A select number of items are made to order and require additional production time. For personalised items, please allow 3 to 4 weeks.

If you need to return an item for repair, please contact us with order number at hello@vuoi.com.au to begin the process.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS
Items must be returned in their original or similar protective packaging, carefully secured to prevent damage during transit.
The cost of safely returning the piece(s) to VUOI JEWELLERY is the client’s responsibility, and the item(s) remain your responsibility until confirmed as received by our customer service team.
If the item(s) arrive in a condition that does not meet our requirements, the repair will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

REPAIR SHIPPING COSTS
Domestic Repairs: A flat fee of $15 will apply.
International Customers: Please contact us at hello@vuoi.com.au for a detailed quote. Return shipping costs will vary based on your destination and will be included in your repair invoice. Additional duties and taxes may also apply and will be payable at checkout.
