The VUOI website and online store, located at vuoi.com.au (the “Website”), is owned and operated by Levuoi Pty Ltd (ABN 673 296 136) trading as VUOI (“VUOI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
Vuoi makes all reasonable efforts to display the products listed for sale on its Website as accurately as possible. However, the computer monitor you use will affect the colours that you see on your screen. Vuoi cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any product colour, texture, or detail will be accurate.
In addition, Vuoi does not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, current, or error-free. While Vuoi makes every effort to ensure that our products are described and priced accurately, in the event an item is deemed to be priced incorrectly, Vuoi reserves the right to refuse the sale of that item. If the pricing error is discovered after payment has been made, Vuoi reserves the right to cancel the sale and refund the transaction in full. If a product offered by Vuoi is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Product Representation
VUOI makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the products displayed on the Website are represented as accurately as possible.
However, the appearance of colours, textures, materials, and details may vary depending on the device or monitor used to view the Website. Accordingly, VUOI cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the true appearance of the product.
While we endeavour to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and current, VUOI does not warrant that such information will always be complete or free from errors.
If a product supplied by VUOI is materially different from its description on the Website, your remedy is to return the product in unused condition in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Orders
All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance by VUOI.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that your order has been received. This email does not constitute acceptance of the order.
VUOI reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where:

fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected
If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Items placed in your shopping bag are not reserved until checkout is completed and an order confirmation has been issued.
Made to Order & Ready to Ship
Production timeframes are specified at the time of purchase and commence on the first business day following confirmation of your order.
Production timelines may vary depending on the product and are provided as an estimate only. While VUOI makes every effort to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to production requirements or circumstances beyond our control.
Items marked Ready to Ship are currently in stock and may be dispatched the same business day when ordered before 3:00pm AEST using Express Post. Ready to Ship status is displayed when adding the product to cart.
Although we strive to maintain accurate inventory records, VUOI cannot guarantee that all products marked as Ready to Ship will remain available at the time of purchase. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you by email or phone to advise of any delay or provide alternative options.
Pricing
By purchasing a product through the Website, you agree to pay the purchase price listed at the time of purchase (the “Purchase Price”).
All prices displayed on the Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination and delivery method selected.
VUOI reserves the right to amend prices displayed on the Website at any time without prior notice.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, VUOI reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.
Bespoke & Personalised Pieces
Bespoke and personalised pieces are made specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Warranty & Repairs
VUOI jewellery is crafted using fine materials and artisanal techniques.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, please contact us and we will assess the item.
This warranty does not cover:

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Mobile Terms of Service
Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to VUOI Jewellery’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of VUOI Jewellery through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with VUOI Jewellery. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Vuoi or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Vuoi Jewellery mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
