The Vuoi website and online store, located at www.vuoi.com.au (the "Website"), is owned, controlled, and operated by Levvoi Pty Ltd (ABN 673 296 136) trading as Vuoi. (Levvoi, Vuoi, We, Our, and/or Us).

Vuoi makes all reasonable efforts to display the products listed for sale on its Website as accurately as possible. However, the computer monitor you use will affect the colours that you see on your screen. Vuoi cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any product colour, texture, or detail will be accurate.

In addition, Vuoi does not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, current, or error-free. While Vuoi makes every effort to ensure that our products are described and priced accurately, in the event an item is deemed to be priced incorrectly, Vuoi reserves the right to refuse the sale of that item. If the pricing error is discovered after payment has been made, Vuoi reserves the right to cancel the sale and refund the transaction in full. If a product offered by Vuoi is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Vuoi may make changes to our policies from time to time for any reason. Any updated version of our policies will be effective from the date of posting on our Website.

Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy

VUOI operates on a made-to-order basis, and we kindly ask for your patience, allowing 21 business days for production.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on Returns & Exchanges.

• Orders: A request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

• You: The individual accessing or using the Service or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

Conditions for Exchange or Returns

For Goods to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

The Goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
The Goods are in their original packaging.
The Goods are attached to the original security tag.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
Goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery.
Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise not meeting the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Only regularly priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without the actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
