If you need to return an item for repair, please contact us with order number at hello@vuoi.com.au to begin the process. RETURN REQUIREMENTS Items must be returned in their original or similar protective packaging, carefully secured to prevent damage during transit. The cost of safely returning the piece(s) to VUOI JEWELLERY is the client’s responsibility, and the item(s) remain your responsibility until confirmed as received by our customer service team. If the item(s) arrive in a condition that does not meet our requirements, the repair will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. REPAIR SHIPPING COSTS Domestic Repairs: A flat fee of $15 will apply. International Customers: Please contact us at hello@vuoi.com.au for a detailed quote.
