HOW FAST DOES VUOI SHIP?
- Orders are processed and dispatched on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and start after dispatch.
- During sale periods or peak seasons, dispatch and delivery may take longer.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY & RETURNED TO SENDER ORDERS
- Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout (including apartment/unit numbers and correct postcode).
- If an order is returned to sender due to:
- incorrect or incomplete address,
- failed delivery/signature not completed,
- parcel not collected in time,
- refused delivery,
- A re-shipping fee will apply before we can resend the parcel.
- Australia re-shipping fee: *AUD $10* (Standard)
- International re-shipping fee: charged at the applicable international shipping rate
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
CAN YOU SHIP TO MY PO BOX?
- Australia: Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes.
- International: No, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. A residential or business street address is required.
