VUOI processes online orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. The production of VUOI bespoke jewellery begins on the first business day following your purchase. While we understand your eagerness to wear your stunning new jewels, we appreciate your patience as Australia Post may experience delays in certain circumstances.

  • Delivery Time: 2-8 business days or Express  Service upon your selection
  • Postage Cost: Standard from $10AUD (payable at checkout)
  • Complimentary Shipping: Orders over $200AUD

For Addresses Outside of Australia:

  • Service: Australian Post International
  • Delivery Time: Approximately 6-27 business days
  • Postage Cost: Standard from $25AUD (payable at checkout)
  • Important Note: Customs duties and taxes are the receiver's responsibility.
  • Complimentary Shipping: Orders over $500AUD

  • Australian Post International delivery is available for countries with the post service.

  • VUOI is not responsible for delays caused by local customs or third-party delivery companies.

Upon placing your order, you'll receive an automated email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your consignment's journey.

 

Important Notes:

  • Bulky/heavy/multiple items and remote areas may incur additional shipping fees. You will be quoted on shipping before processing if applicable.
  • During busy sale and promotion periods, orders may take up to 5-7 business days to process and dispatch.
  • Due to the high value of our pieces, a signature is required upon delivery. If unavailable, the parcel will be held at the nearest post office or holding facility for collection with photo ID.
  • Ensure accurate checkout details, as VUOI cannot be held responsible for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.
  • VUOI will not refund or replace orders scanned as delivered by our trusted shipping providers.
