Receiving Your New VUOI Jewels

Discover below how and when you’ll receive your exquisite new VUOI jewellery.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in NSW, Australia, and are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 1pm AEDT will be included in the next business day's dispatch schedule. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be carefully prepared and processed. Once dispatched, your parcel will be sent with your choice of standard or express shipping carrier.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

Express Shipping (1–3 business days)
$20 for orders under $300
FREE for orders over $300

Standard Shipping (2–7 business days)
$10 for orders under $100
FREE for orders over $99

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA

International Express Shipping (3–14 business days)
$20–$50 depending on the destination country.

CLICK & COLLECT

Enjoy our complimentary Click & Collect service and pick up your order from our Double Bay boutique.

You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this confirmation before visiting and bring your ID and proof of purchase.

Important Notes:

  • Bulky/heavy/multiple items and remote areas may incur additional shipping fees. You will be quoted on shipping before processing if applicable.
  • During busy sale and promotion periods, in stock orders may take up to 3-5 business days to process and dispatch.
  • Due to the high value of our pieces, a signature is required upon delivery. If unavailable, the parcel will be held at the nearest post office or holding facility for collection with photo ID.
  • Ensure accurate checkout details, as VUOI cannot be held responsible for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.
  • VUOI will not refund or replace orders scanned as delivered by our trusted shipping providers.
