Most of our pieces are in stock and ready for dispatch. Express Shipping and Click & Collect are available and can be selected at checkout for your convenience.
A small selection of items are made to order and require additional production time. For personalised pieces, please allow 3–4 weeks for completion.

REPAIRS & AFTERCARE

If you wish to return an item for repair, please contact us at hello@vuoi.com.au with your order number to begin the process. Our team will guide you through the next steps with care.
Return Requirements
To ensure your piece arrives safely back to the maison:
Items must be returned in their original packaging, or in equally protective packaging, carefully secured to prevent damage during transit.
The cost of returning the piece(s) to VUOI Jewellery is the client’s responsibility.
The item(s) remain your responsibility until they are safely received and confirmed by our customer service team.
If an item arrives in a condition that does not meet these requirements, the repair will not be accepted and the piece will be returned to you at your expense.

Repair Shipping Costs
Domestic Repairs
A flat return shipping fee of $15 applies.

International Repairs
Please contact us at hello@vuoi.com.au for a detailed quote. Return shipping costs vary depending on destination and will be included in your repair invoice. Additional duties or taxes may apply and are payable at checkout.
