Recommendation & Quote
Following assessment, we will advise on the recommended repair or restoration work. Where applicable, a quotation will be provided for approval before any work begins.

Repair & Restoration
Once approved, your jewellery will be entrusted to experienced jewellery specialists to complete the required work. Each repair is carried out with consideration for the piece’s original construction, materials and finish.

Quality Inspection
Once the work is complete, your jewellery will undergo a final inspection before being returned to you.

Increasing or reducing the size of eligible rings to achieve a more suitable fit while maintaining the integrity of the setting and design.
Rhodium Plating
Re-plating eligible white gold jewellery to restore its bright, polished finish.
Claw Tightening
Securing existing claws or prongs around a gemstone where movement or wear has occurred.
Claw Retipping
Rebuilding worn claw tips to improve the security of a stone while retaining the existing setting where possible.
Claw Rebuilding
More extensive reconstruction of worn or damaged claws where retipping alone is not sufficient.
Re-Shanking
Replacing or rebuilding a worn or weakened section of a ring shank to restore strength, structure and wearability.
Chain & Bracelet Soldering
Repairing breaks in eligible chains and bracelets through precise soldering, subject to the construction and condition of the piece.
Chain & Bracelet Shortening
Adjusting the length of eligible chains and bracelets by removing or modifying links while maintaining the original design and finish.

Repairing or replacing worn, damaged or non-functioning clasps where suitable.
