Return Policy:

Full price products purchased from VUOI Jewellery ’s online or retail stores may be returned for credit in Australia if returned unworn, in saleable condition within 14 days of dispatch date.  VUOI Jewellery does not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases. For domestic orders a $12 flat fee will be deducted from your credit once a shipping label is generated.


We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons.
  • Sales items
  • Not returned in their original condition or packaging
  • Returned outside the specified return timeframe
  • Bespoke, personalised, or made-to-order pieces
