RETURN POLICY
Full-price items purchased from VUOI Jewellery online or in-store may be returned for store credit in Australia if returned unworn and in saleable condition within 14 days of the dispatch date. VUOI Jewellery does not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
We do not accept returns for:

• Items not returned in original condition and packaging
